When Does My Subscription Expire?
Just check the address label on the envelope in which you receive your issue
of EFQ each quarter. In the example provided, Ms. Triples' subscription is
good through the last issue of 2006.

Change of Address:
Don't miss any issues of EFQ because you forgot about us when you moved! Because
EFQ is sent via bulk mail, the Postal Service will not forward, hold, or return
your issue. So please notify us at least 30 days in advance of your move by
email (click here) or snail mail (our
mailing address is below), making sure to include your old and new address
and the effective date of the address change.
Going Away?
If you'll be temporarily away or on an extended vacation during the time period
when your issue of EFQ is scheduled to be mailed, the Postal Service may not
keep your issue for you. Check with them before you go, and if they won't
hold it for you, let us know, and we'll be happy to "pull" your
issue from our regular subscriber bulk mailing and ship it free of charge
with your next issue the following quarter. If you don't want to wait the
additional three months, just send us $2 postage and handling ($4 if you live
overseas) and we'll mail it out to you via first class after the date on which
you return. Either way, you won't lose an issue to the trash bin. For more
information, contact us at info@efqreview.com
Suggestions and Complaints
Got a great idea for us? Wish we did certain things differently? Having problems
with your subscription? Now you can let us know with a simple e-mail, and
we'll hopefully have a prompt response for you. We always welcome suggestions
and ideas that will help us publish a better journal or provide better service
to you. And who knows? If you've got a great idea that we end up using, you
might find yourself with a free year added to your subscription or one of
our cool t-shirts awaiting you in your mail box. So don't be shy take
your cuts!
